In a frying pan, brown the ground beef.
In a large salad bowl, add romaine lettuce, cooked brown beef, tomato, 1/2 cup pickles, grated cheese, sesame seeds.
To make the dressing, in a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, onion, 1/4 cup pickles, ketchup, mustard, white vinegar.
Pour dressing evenly over salad. Serve in individual bowls.
