1 Medium bowl
Ingredients

lb
ground turkey
1/2
cup
mixed fresh herbs (parsley, oregano, thyme)
or 1 tsp each dried
1/2
cup
goat cheese
sliced
1/3
cup
sundried tomatoes
chopped into fine slices

fresh basil
Instructions
In a medium bowl, mix together ground turkey with the herbs. Divide in half.
On a large plate, make patties with half of the ground turkey mixture (about 6-8 depending on how big you like them).
Place goat cheese on top. Then sundried tomatoes, then basil.
Make patties with the other half of the ground turkey. Lay on top of the basil. Smooth the edges of the patties out using your hands.
Over medium heat, fry burgers in a frying pan with a bit of avocado oil, about 5 minutes. Flip and cover with lid. Cook another 5-8 minutes.
Serve hot.
Notes
Substitutions:
Sub feta for goat cheese. Omit for dairy free or use dairy free cheese.
Sub spinach for basil.
