Simple Peach Crumble
Today we're making a flourless peach crumble with no refined sugars. A nice treat during the short peach season. Serve warm with or without a scoop of ice cream :)

Ingredients

peaches (4-5 depending on size of peach)
peeled and cut into bite sized pieces

tbsp
maple syrup

tbsp
lemon juice

tsp
cinnamon
1/2

almond flour
1/4
cup
pecan pieces
optional
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 F.
To prepare the peaches, peel the skin off and cut the flesh around the pit. Dice into bite sized pieces.
Transfer peaches to the baking dish. Add maple syrup, lemon juice and cinnamon. Stir with a wooden spoon to mix ingredients in.
Sprinkle the almond flour on top. Add 1/4 cup pecan pieces (optional).
Bake 35 minutes. Top should be golden brown.
Serve warm.
