Equipment

  • 1 Oven
  • 1 Large baking sheet
  • 1 large bowl
  • 1 wooden spoon

Ingredients

  • 1 cup walnuts roughly chopped
  • 1 cup pecans roughly chopped
  • 1 cup almonds roughly chopped
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut
  • 1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1 tbsp monk fruit sweetener or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil melted

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 325 F.
  • In a large bowl, add all the ingredients. Stir with a wooden spoon to mix well.
  • Spread granola out on to a large baking sheet.
  • Bake about 20 minutes. The edges should look lightly roasted.

Notes

Any type of raw nut (pistachios, hazelnuts, slivered almonds) can be used except slivered almonds (they will burn). 
Serve on greek yogurt or like a cereal with almond milk.
