If you love eggrolls, this Deconstructed Egg Roll in a Bowl will likely become a favourite. Ground meat sauteed with cabbage, carrots and peas and scrambled eggs. So very tasty!
3green onionschopped; use both white and green parts
Instructions
In a small bowl, add eggs. Stir with a fork. Set aside.
In a frying pan, add 1 tbsp oil over medium heat. Add ground pork. Break up with a wooden spoon and cook until browned.
Add ginger and stir in with wooden spoon.
Add coleslaw, carrots and frozen peas. Cook down about 5 minutes.
Add tamari sauce and stir.
Create a well in the middle of your pan. Pour eggs in. Once they begin to set, use your wooden spoon to scramble eggs. Once eggs are scrambled to your liking mix into the rest.
