Homemade 2-Ingredient Hemp Seed Milk

Making your own 2-Ingredient HEMP SEED milk at home is ridiculously. No weird additives. No straining required. Hemp seed milk is high in protein, good fats, and potassium while low in carbohydrates, and sugar.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups hemp seeds
  • 6 cups water

Instructions

  • Add ingredients to blender. Process about 1 minute.
  • Store hemp milk in glass mason jars with lid.
  • Refrigerate.

Notes

Store hemp seed milk in the fridge for up to 1 week. Lightly shake the jar before use.
