Persian or English cucumber
sliced; about 6-8 Persian cucumbers

feta cheese
crumbled

fresh dill
chopped

olive oil

Instructions
Toss the sliced cucumber, feta and dill in a bowl.
Drizzle olive oil and red wine vinegar. Add salt and pepper. Toss gently until combined.
