Ingredients

  • 2 cups Persian or English cucumber sliced; about 6-8 Persian cucumbers
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt & pepper

Instructions

  • Toss the sliced cucumber, feta and dill in a bowl.
  • Drizzle olive oil and red wine vinegar. Add salt and pepper. Toss gently until combined.
  • Feel free to tweak ingredient amounts based on taste preferences.
