Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp apple cider or balsamic vinegar
  • 1-1.5 cup water

Instructions

  • Add 1 tbsp of vinegar to a drinking glass.
  • Fill the glass with water. About 1-1.5 cups, depending on the size of your glass.
  • Drink on an empty stomach for best results.
