It's easy to make a lemon vinaigrette at home. Simple ingredients. Much healthier and cheaper than store bought salad dressing.

Equipment

  • 1 mason jar with lid

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup omit for sugar free
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt & pepper

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to your mason jar. Secure with lid. Shake to mix.

Notes

Substitute Greek yogurt for Dijon mustard or simply omit.
