- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup ground flax meal
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 5 eggs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp everything bagel spice
Preheat the oven to 350 F.
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper or grease the sides with coconut oil.
In a large bowl add almond flour, ground flax, coconut flour and baking powder.
Pour your apple cider vinegar over top of the baking powder. A bubbling reaction will occur. Stir using a wooden spoon.
Create a well in the middle of the flours. Add the eggs and olive oil. Stir using wooden spoon to incorporate the ingredients.
Pour your batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Sprinkle everything bagel spice on top of the loaf.
Bake 30-35 minutes.
