- 1.5 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp monk fruit sweetener
Substitute regular banana for green banana. Omit sweetener.
Substitute frozen cauliflower for frozen zucchini.
Substitute almond milk for other nut or dairy milk.
Substitute peanut butter for almond butter or tahini for nut free option.
Substitute store bought lemon juice for raw lemon.
