  • 1 large, microwave safe mug
  • 1 microwave
  • 1 fork

Ingredients

  • 1 medium very ripe banana
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In a large, microwave safe mug, add ripe banana and mash with a fork.
  • Add the egg and almond flour, stirring to mix with the same fork you used to mash the banana.
  • Add chocolate chips and stir into the mixture.
  • Microwave for 90 seconds.
  • Enjoy! Serve warm for best taste.

Notes

Substitute oat flour for almond flour for nut free option.
