Ingredients

very ripe banana

egg

almond flour

dark chocolate chips
Instructions
In a large, microwave safe mug, add ripe banana and mash with a fork.
Add the egg and almond flour, stirring to mix with the same fork you used to mash the banana.
Add chocolate chips and stir into the mixture.
Microwave for 90 seconds.
Enjoy! Serve warm for best taste.
Notes
Substitute oat flour for almond flour for nut free option.
