1 large cookie sheet
1 large mixing bowl
1 mixing spoon
1 ice cream or cookie scoop
Ingredients

almond flour
3
tbsp
maple syrup

apple-grated- I used a Honeycrisp
no need to peel apple
1/3
cup
raw pecans- roughly chopped
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl add all ingredients. Mix thoroughly until ingredients are nicely combined.
Use a cookie or ice cream scoop to dollop out cookie dough. Use clean hands to make balls. Flatten out a little bit with your hand.
Bake for 25-30 minutes. Cookies should look light golden brown.
