Equipment

  • 1 blender
  • 1 smoothie glass

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen blackberries
  • 1 scoop high quality protein powder
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 10 mint leaves with stalk intact
  • 1.5 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk such as almond, oat milk

Optional Add-Ins

  • 1 tsp MCT oil
  • 1 scoop collagen powder
  • 1 scoop creatine monohydrate

Instructions

  • In a blender add all your ingredients.
  • Process on high until smooth.
  • Pour into a smoothie glass. Enjoy!

Notes

Substitute any frozen berry for blackberries.
