1 9x5 loaf pan
Ingredients

very ripe bananas
3
eggs
1/4
cup
honey
*omit for less sweet
1/2
cup
coconut oil
not melted
1
tbsp
baking powder
1
tsp
baking soda
1/4
tsp
sea salt
1
cup
almond flour
1/2
cup
tapioca starch
1/4
cup
chocolate chips or pecan pieces
optional
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 F.
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper or grease with coconut oil.
Add all the ingredients except the almond flour, tapioca starch and chocolate chips.
Blend on high until mixed well.
Add flours. Pulse a handful of times to mix in, scraping the sides down a couple times.
Pour into your prepared loaf pan. Garnish the top with chocolate chips or pecan pieces.
Notes
Substitutions:
Substitute coconut flour or arrowroot starch for tapioca flour.
Substitute oat flour or a gluten free flour for almond flour.
