Equipment
1 small food processor
Ingredients
1/4cupavocado mayonnaise
3tspDijon mustard
2anchovy fillets
2clovesgarlic
1tbsplemon juice
2tbspParmasean cheese or nutritional yeast
1/4 tspblack pepper
Instructions
In a small food processor, add all ingredients. Process until smooth.
Notes
Substitute regular mayonnaise for avocado mayonnaise. Substitute capers for anchovies.Refrigerate any leftovers in a glass jar or glass container with airtight lid.
