Equipment

  • 1 small food processor

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves + stems
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp ground cumin

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients in small food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Pour dressing in a mason jar and secure with a lid.

Notes

Substitute avocado oil for olive oil.
Substitute lemon juice for lime juice.
