Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup pickle juice
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard substitute mayo
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp finely diced pickles
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill optional
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • In a mason jar, add all ingredients.
  • Secure with lid and shake to emulsify.
