Ingredients
1lbbag of mini peppers
2tbspeverything bagel seasoning
8ozplain cream cheeseat room temperature
Instructions
Wash mini peppers. Cut in half. Carefully remove seeds and inner parts.
Carefully stuff each mini pepper with cream cheese (about 1-2 tsp per half pepper).
Sprinkle seasoning on top.
Arrange peppers on a serving plate.
Notes
Substitute regular peppers for mini peppers. If you want the cream cheese to look perfect, use a piping bag to fill peppers. I just used a knife. Not perfect, but equally delicious. To make your own everything bagel spice, combine 2 tsp dried minced garlic, 2 tsp dried minced onion, 2 tsp black sesame seeds, 2 tsp white sesame seeds, 2 tsp poppyseeds, 1/8 tsp sea salt.To elevate this recipe, bake peppers for 15 minutes in a 425 F oven.
