- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
- 1 tbsp monk fruit sweetener
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Preheat oven to 325 F
Roughly chop nuts.
In a large bowl, mix together chopped nuts, coconut, seeds, melted coconut oil, sweetener, vanilla, sea salt. Stir with wooden spoon.
Spread out on a cookie sheet
Bake for about 20 minutes, until nuts turn a light brown colour
Use any combination of raw nut that you wish. I used walnuts, pecans and almonds, but cashews, hazelnuts or macademian nuts work well too.
I used coconut oil but avocado oil will work too.
