Ingredients

raw walnuts- roughly chopped

raw pecans-roughly chopped
1
cup
raw almonds- roughly chopped
1
cup
unsweetened coconut
1/2
cup
raw sunflower seeds
1/2
cup
raw pumpkin seeds
1/4
cup
pure pumpkin
(buy in a can)

tbsp
chia seeds
optional ingredient

tbsp
coconut oil- melted
2
tbsp
monk fruit sweetener
sub maple syrup
1
tsp
vanilla
1/4
tsp
sea salt
1/2
tbsp
pumpkin spice
sub a mix of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 325 F. Line sheet with parchment paper (optional step).
In a large mixing bowl, mix together nuts, coconut, seeds, pumpkin, coconut oil, sweetener, pumpkin spice, vanilla, sea salt.
Once mixed, spread evenly on the baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes, stirring halfway though, until golden and fragrant.
Store in an air-tight jar for up to 2 weeks.
