Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 green banana frozen
  • 1 tbsp MCT oil
  • 3 tsp monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened unflavoured collagen powder
  • 1/2 cup spinach

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients in a high speed blender and process until blended well.
  • Pour into a smoothie cup/glass and enjoy!
