Today we're making our own Italian Salad Dressing. Super quick and easy to make. Better for you and cheaper than store bought.

Equipment

  • 1 small mason jar with lid

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano or 1 tbsp fresh
  • 1 tsp dried thyme or 1 tbsp fresh
  • 1/4 tsp salt and pepper

Instructions

  • In a small mason jar, add all ingredients.
  • Secure with lid. Shake to mix.
  • Shake well before serving.

Notes

Substitute apple cider vinegar or white wine vinegar for red wine vinegar.
Substitute avocado oil for olive oil.
