- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp Dijon vinegar
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano or 1 tbsp fresh
- 1 tsp dried thyme or 1 tbsp fresh
- 1/4 tsp salt and pepper
In a small mason jar, add all ingredients.
Secure with lid. Shake to mix.
Shake well before serving.
Substitute apple cider vinegar or white wine vinegar for red wine vinegar.
Substitute avocado oil for olive oil.
