Equipment

  • 1 mason jar with lid

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 lemon juiced or 3 tbsp bottled
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard substitute mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 3 tbsp fresh thyme leaves 1 tbsp dried
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt & black pepper

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a mason jar. Secure with lid.
  • Shake to emulsify.

Notes

While fresh thyme leaves are best, dried thyme can also be used. Use 1 tbsp dried thyme.
Substitute 1 tbsp avocado mayonnaise for Dijon mustard.
