Ingredients

olive oil

apple cider vinegar

lemon
juiced or 3 tbsp bottled

tbsp
Dijon mustard
substitute mayonnaise
1
clove
garlic
minced

tbsp
fresh thyme leaves
1 tbsp dried
1/4
tsp
sea salt & black pepper
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a mason jar. Secure with lid.
Shake to emulsify.
Notes
While fresh thyme leaves are best, dried thyme can also be used. Use 1 tbsp dried thyme.
Substitute 1 tbsp avocado mayonnaise for Dijon mustard.
