- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 lemon juiced or 3 tbsp bottled
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard substitute mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 3 tbsp fresh thyme leaves 1 tbsp dried
- 1/4 tsp sea salt & black pepper
While fresh thyme leaves are best, dried thyme can also be used. Use 1 tbsp dried thyme.
Substitute 1 tbsp avocado mayonnaise for Dijon mustard.
