1 large smoothie glass
- 1/2 cup pure (unsweetened) pumpkin from can not pumpkin pie filling
- 1.5 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 green banana see note below
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or monk fruit sweetener for sugar free
- 1 tsp vanilla
Add all the ingredients to a blender. Blend starting on low and working speed up slowly until smooth.
Add more liquid if too thick.
Pour into smoothie glass. Enjoy!
Substitute a ripe banana for a green banana and omit maple syrup.
Substitute monk fruit sweetener for maple syrup for no sugar option.
Add a scoop of protein powder or collagen powder for connective tissue support.
Add 1 tbsp MCT oil for cognitive support.
