Ingredients
1/2cuppure (unsweetened) pumpkin from cannot pumpkin pie filling
1.5cupunsweetened almond milk
1green bananasee note below
1 tsppumpkin pie spice
1 tbsp maple syrupor monk fruit sweetener for sugar free
1 tspvanilla
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a blender. Blend starting on low and working speed up slowly until smooth.
Add more liquid if too thick.
Pour into smoothie glass. Enjoy!
Notes
Substitute a ripe banana for a green banana and omit maple syrup. Substitute monk fruit sweetener for maple syrup for no sugar option. Add a scoop of protein powder or collagen powder for connective tissue support.Add 1 tbsp MCT oil for cognitive support.
