Over medium-low heat, add olive oil, garlic and rosemary. Saute for 1 minute using a wooden spoon to keep garlic from burning. Remove from heat.
Stir in paprika and sea salt.
Pour spice mixture over the nuts. Stir with wooden spoon to cover nuts evenly.
Notes
Use any raw, unsalted nut. I used walnuts, cashews and pecans. But you could also use pistachios, hazelnuts, macadamia nuts. No chopping is needed.Use smoked paprika instead of regular paprika for an extra smoky flavour.
