Hello! I’m Dr Stephanie

Chiropractor by day, health nut & food blogger by night

 

I’m a doctor of chiropractic, with a special interest in nutrition. I am passionate about healthy eating and using food to heal thyself. Food should be made in a kitchen not a factory. I believe in eating whole foods, keeping processed foods to a minimum. It is my goal to show you that eating healthy and cooking at home can be simple and very rewarding! All of my recipes are gluten-free. Most are grain-free. The recipes are either ketogenic or paleo friendly.

Achieving and maintaining good health begins in the kitchen! Despite conventional wisdom, you can’t out-exercise a bad diet. As a chiropractor, I see the effects of inflammation on the body on a daily basis. Your food choices drive inflammation and influence pain. Your food choices also affect your entire life- everything from your energy levels, your mood, your weight, and your disease status. The good news is that every day is a chance to begin anew! It’s not easy eating clean, but the rewards are outstanding.
