I’m an advocate of a gluten /grain free diet. To be clear, I’m not a talking about packaged foods that say “gluten free” on them. Rather, I’m referring to whole foods, that naturally contain no gluten or grains. Reducing or eliminating gluten and grains in your diet can reduce inflammation, improve cognition and elevate energy levels and help you lose weight. Sounds like a win win to me!
