If you’re looking for a rich, satisfying treat that just happens to be gluten free, dairy free and naturally sweetened- this tahini fudge will fit the bill!
Made with just 3 simple ingredients- runny tahini, cocoa powder and a touch of honey or maple syrup. This recipe is ridiculously easy to whip up and delivers that deep, chocolate-y flavour with a nutty twist. It’s the perfect no-bake snack or dessert for when you want something indulgent but still nutrient dense.
You should try this Tahini Chocolate Fudge. It’s naturally gluten free, refined sugar free (less than 1.5 tsp of sugar per piece!), dairy free, egg free and contain no grains! You can substitute runny sugar free natural peanut butter for tahini.
Most fudge is jam PACKED with sugar. Even if you have no food intolerances, EVERYBODY should cut back on white sugar. Sugar promotes systemic inflammation and inflammation drives pain and disease. Scientific studies have shown that inflammation is the root cause of ALL diseases.
