Ingredients

  • 1 lb bag of mini peppers
  • 2 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
  • 8 oz plain cream cheese at room temperature

Instructions

  • Wash mini peppers. Cut in half. Carefully remove seeds and inner parts.
  • Carefully stuff each mini pepper with cream cheese (about 1-2 tsp per half pepper).
  • Sprinkle seasoning on top.
  • Arrange peppers on a serving plate.

Notes

Substitute regular peppers for mini peppers.

If you want the cream cheese to look perfect, use a piping bag to fill peppers. I just used a knife. Not perfect, but equally delicious.

To make your own everything bagel spice, combine 2 tsp dried minced garlic, 2 tsp dried minced onion, 2 tsp black sesame seeds, 2 tsp white sesame seeds, 2 tsp poppyseeds, 1/8 tsp sea salt.

To elevate this recipe, bake peppers for 15 minutes in a 425 F oven.
