flourless baked goods

 

Below is a collection of all my flourless baked good recipes. I’m an advocate of  baking  at home. Muffins, loafs and cookies should be made in a kitchen, not a factory. Store bought baked goods are usually made with enriched white flour, white sugar, inflammatory vegetable oils and many unpronounceable, unhealthy ingredients. Not a fan.  Baking at home can be quick, easy and healthy! Personally, I like having healthy baked goods around the house (or in the freezer) so that I don’t snack on less healthy, convenient packaged “foods”. All of my baked goods are naturally gluten free. I use less refined sweeteners like maple syrup, coconut sugar or monk fruit sweetener which have been shown to be healthier than refined sugars or artificial sweeteners. Reducing or eliminating gluten and sugar in your diet can reduce inflammation, improve cognition and elevate energy levels and help you lose weight. Sounds like a win win to me!
