Equipment

  • small pot
  • blender

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp organic matcha green tea
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 tbsp MCT oil (optional)
  • 1 tbsp collagen (optional)

Instructions

  • In a small pot, add water and almond milk. Over medium heat, bring to a boil and quickly remove from heat once boiling is reached
  • Whisk in matcha, vanilla, MCT oil, collagen powder, monk fruit sweetener.
  • Pour mixture into blender. Blend on high for 20-30 seconds. Drink should look frothy.
  • Pour into a large mug. Enjoy!

Notes

MCT oil and collagen powder are optional ingredients. Fat content will be reduced if MCT is removed from recipe.
