Below is a collection of all my healthy main recipes. One persistent challenge of life is deciding what to eat for dinner every night of your adult life. I’m an advocate of making dinner at home. While it’s a nice treat to go out for supper (I go out sometimes too!), restaurants are full of food that taste good but are not necessarily good for your health (think deep fried, lots of refined carbohydrates, bad fats and refined sugars).  It’s very hard to find healthy meals in a restaurant.  Making dinner at home doesn’t have to be complicated! It’s healthier and cheaper eat at home.
