Below is a collection of all my salad recipes. I’m an advocate of  making all salads at home. Store bought salads can be very healthy- I won’t deny that. However, it’s the salad dressings that are unhealthy. Store bought salad dressings are almost always  made with cheap inflammatory seed oils (soybean, canola, sunflower oils), sugar and other unhealthy additives that promote gut inflammation. Not a fan.  Making salad dressings at home is easy! It’s usually cheaper to make at home and they taste way better. I love using fresh herbs to flavor salad dressings because they taste so good and bring a ton of nutrition to the table.
