If you love smoothies, but get bored of having the same old smoothie all the time, this recipe is for you! Today I made an Apple Cinnamon Smoothie. Made with chopped apple, protein powder, cinnamon and almond milk, this smoothie is simple but comes out velvety and smooth. It’s surprisingly delicious, has no added sugars and a ton of potassium. Perfect for a crisp fall morning.
One tip…use a big apple. I used a nice and big Honeycrisp apple. Don’t use a tiny or a soft apple.
This recipe is naturally gluten, grain and dairy-free. Plant-based and paleo friendly. Be sure to use a protein powder that isn’t full of sugars and fillers.
