Below is a collection of all my healthy snacks/desserts recipes. I naturally have a sweet tooth but am conscious of not eating refined sugars or flours. If you want to have snacks or dessert, you must make it yourself so you can control the ingredients. Making healthy snacks or desserts at home doesn’t have to be complicated. Beware of store bought snacks /desserts that are almost always full of sugar, white flours, and toxic additives.
