I can’t wait for you to try this salad dressing packed with cilantro, apple cider vinegar, lime juice, garlic, ground cumin, S&P. I made this salad dressing because I had a TON of cilantro in my garden to use up. This salad dressing is great for people that love cilantro and as an added benefit, it’s loaded with health benefits.
Cilantro is known to help the body rid of heavy metals, protects against oxidative stress, lowers blood sugar levels, prevents UTI’s, calms nerves to improve sleep quality and may protect against colon cancer.
Making your own is cheaper than buying salad dressing from the store plus it’s much healthier to make your own. Most store bought salad dressings are made from pro-inflammatory soybean or canola oils.
This salad dressing comes together in less than 5 minutes. All you need is a small food processor (or immersion blender) to mix up the ingredients. Use it to top all your favorite salads.
I hope you enjoy this beautiful salad dressing.
