People find it difficult to give up bread when going gluten free (GF) or cutting back on refined carbohydrate. I get it- it’s hard. There is something so comforting about eating bread. It helps to have an easy low carb “bread” recipe to fall back on.

This easy to make, GF Everything Bagel Spice Bread is  a great way to replace traditional loaf breadsnwhen looking for alternatives. It’s made with almond flour, flax-meal, coconut flour instead of regular flour. The bread is topped with everything bagel spice for extra savoury flavour.

This bread is a better snacking bread, not sandwich bread. I cut myself a thick slice and top with butter and my 3 ingredient No sugar Berry Jam), or One Jar No Sugar Peach Jam.  Sometimes I’ll top it with mashed avocado mixed with a bit of sea salt & white vinegar. So good!

I often toast my piece of bread after letting it cool for an even better tasting piece of bread.

I hope you’ll try this Everything Bagel Spice Bread. Gluten free, grain free, dairy free, low carb. Diabetic, ketogenic and paleo friendly.
