I’m a Doctor of Chiropractic, with a special interest in nutrition. I am passionate about healthy eating and using food to heal yourself. Food should be made in a kitchen not a factory. It is my goal to show you that eating healthy and cooking at home can be simple and very rewarding! All of my recipes are gluten-free but can be enjoyed by everyone.

My philosophy is that food should be prepared in a kitchen not a factory. What you eat profoundly influences your health. It influences your energy levels, your mood, pain levels and your disease status. I believe in eating whole foods and keeping processed foods to a minimum. All my recipes are gluten-free, most are grain free. The majority of my recipes are either (clean) ketogenic or paleo friendly.
